Meet Nancy

With more than 25 successful years in marketing and sales Nancy is simply known for getting things done. She is persistent and easy to work with while her diligence and experience assure seamless transactions for buyers and sellers. Nancy is up front, honest and maintains the highest standards of quality and professionalism, she doesn’t take representing her clients lightly. She is dedicated and keeps her client’s desired results in the forefront maintaining strict confidentially, integrity and responsiveness. You will quickly see why you want her on your team. Nancy has a strong referral business due to her success at building relationships with clients whether working on farms and acreage, a residential home, an investment property or a condominium.

Obtaining her Brokers license in 2024 to enhance her knowledge base has directly benefited clients leading to increased success and greater overall satisfaction. Nancy is consistently in the top 3% of agents at Kentucky Select Properties. As a previous commercial insurance sales representative she was ranked as a top 10% producer nationwide. She graduated with degrees in Economics and Marketing from West Virginia Wesleyan College.

Nancy is a 30+ year resident of the Louisville area and currently lives in Oldham County, KY with her husband, Lowell. She has enjoyed homes in the Highlands and St Matthews prior to moving to the country making her quite familiar with the Jefferson and Oldham county real estate markets. Their two adult sons are happily married and reside in Louisville and London, England. Nancy enjoys close family relationships and one of her favorites is with her dog Beau, a 6lb Maltese. In her leisure she enjoys travel, fitness and cooking-earning numerous KY State Fair winning ribbons for baking.

Nancy has served on many local boards and volunteered for several charity and educational organizations.

She is on the stewardship committee at her church.
